Who we are

NBAgency is a video editing service based in Italy. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address and Instagram handle, when you ask for the free trial.
• A link to your footage, if you give us one, and the footage itself.
• Your name and booking details, if you book a call through Calendly.
• For some people we contact first: your public Instagram handle and a public comment you left on a creator's post. We take this from public pages only.

Why we use it

To send your free edits, to follow up about them, to book a call, and to contact creators who may want video editing help. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train anything.

Who else sees it

Only the services we use to run this: our website host (Netlify), the scheduling tool (Calendly, which loads a script on pages that show the booking widget), and our email provider. Each handles data under its own terms.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in touch with you. If you do not answer after our follow-up emails, we remove you from our list.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we act on it right away. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Calendly may set its own when you open the booking widget.
